TRANSPORTATION

DESIGNATED DRIVER
All participants and attendees consuming alcohol are conseting to the fact that they have a designated driver.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Both printed and mobile tickets will be accepted for entry. Please bring your valid ID. You will be unable to participate in the Beer Mile or visit our alcoholic beverage tents without a valid ID.
DRESS CODE/SUGGESTED ATTIRE
While we would prefer for us to all be barefoot, it would probably be a great idea to wear shoes. Also, due to the weekend we selected, we are encouraging you to show up in your best Derby or Star Wars themed attire!
WHAT TO BRING
Good vibes and your dancing - and racing - shoes! It may not hurt to bring a light rain jacket, just in case. This event is rain or shine! Bring your tickets, valid ID, and cash! There is an ATM located inside of Waterfront Hall for your convenience.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Bad vibes and bad attitudes. No weapons or illegal substances are permitted. No outside alcohol or food is permitted. You are more than welcome to come inside Waterfront Hall to enjoy from the Avenue Eats and 304 Wood Fired Pizza Company menus. There will also be a few food vendors located within the festival grounds.

WaterfrontFest is a smoke free event.
BAG POLICY
All bags are subject to search before entry. The following bags are allowed:
Bags smaller than 12” x 12” x 6”.
Medical and diaper bags.
PET POLICY
While we also love our pets, we prefer that you get a pet sitter for the day. Should you find yourself missing your dog, The Road Home Animal Project will be on-site, showing off some adorable adoptable pets that you can visit. We are in compliance with ADA policy; service animals will be permitted.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Take as many photos and videos as you wish! Just please tag us on social media, and we ask that you do not sell any images.

REGISTRATION WINDOW AND DEADLINES
Race registration and tickets go on sale Saturday, March 9th at 10 AM EST. Race registration ends Friday, May 3rd at 10 PM EST.
General Admission tickets go on sale Saturday, March 9th at 10 AM EST. General Admission tickets will also be available at the gates on the day of the event.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
We will be accepting credit cards and cash inside of Waterfront Hall. Within the festival grounds, we will require cash. There is an ATM located inside of Waterfront Hall, and there will be ATMs throughout the festival for your convenience.
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION
No at-the-door registrations will be accepted for the races. General admission tickets will still be available the day of the event, though!
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be accepted no later than two weeks prior to the event day, or Saturday, April 20th. Refund requests must be made via email to management@waterfronthall.com, live@waterfronthall.com or team@waterfronthall.com. All refund requests will be processed within 48 hours.
REENTRY POLICY
Yes, your ticket includes a WaterfrontFest wristband that will allow you to enter and exit as you wish during festival hours. You are subject to wristband inspection upon re-entry.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
This event is rain or shine! Should storms hit the area, we will be moving the activities that we can inside Waterfront Hall.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
